I love cooking.  My kitchen is my favorite room in the house. My husband accuses me of watching way too much girl TV (Food TV, HGTV) and he’s right, I do watch a lot of it.  But, when I see a recipe that I think he’d like I know that I have the perfect cookware to make it in.   I don’t buy cookware in a set, especially if it’s going to be a new brand to me. I buy cookware pieces out of open stocks.  You can find great sales on many different cookware brands throughout the year.   So far my favorite cookware is my LeCreuset followed by my several pieces of Calphalon.  I’m always willing to try a new piece of cookware.
