Does home depot sell bulk seeds?

I know some small stores that sell 1.5 grams seed packs for around $2, but I was wondering if larger chain stores like Home Depot sell cheaper seeds in bulk?

Thanks.
What about stores in Massachusetts, specifically in the Boston area?
