      Ebay will let you sell a gift card every 2 weeks. The have limits to prevent people from making a living returning shop lifted items or stealing from their place of employment.

      To sell an unwanted gift card, look around on line. I did a search “gift card buyback” and got several hits. I added one I found so you would get an idea of what they are about. Good Luck, hope this helped.
