Home Depot has just moved to a different location, How do I lease the old building? Its just empty and I have a great idea for what it could possibly be used for. Does anyone know how much a lease would be?

Depot owns their own land/buildings. Contact the corporate offices.

If it is available for leasing there would be a sign out front that says so… It will include a phone number that you could call to express your interest..
As far as them moving, it may be that they sold the land and something else will go there, and the existing building may be torn down.
Hope I’ve helped.
