My grandma lost her pair of keys to the front door of the house so she gave me $20 to use my pair to go to Home Depot and have them replicated. How much exactly is the cost of the whole ordeal and how long will it take?
To Chris - Don’t be offended by the wording. It’s just the way I type. Anyways if you really want to know indepth, my mom is trying to kick her out because my grandma had a tendancy to beat her and lie to her as a kid. I’m just being nice by making her keys again and I just wanted to know the price because I thought it was going to cost like $10 each or something. Don’t go saying I’m immature since my mom told me not to go make her the keys.

Once you get store department help it shouldn’t take five minutes and the cost will be less than five dollars.

Assuming you have a pair of original keys it should not be more than 5 dollars. It takes only a few minutes however, I’ve heard that Home Depot’s keys are sometimes defective. Get your keys at ACE Hardware!
      Good luck!
