Should you wear a necklace to your prom?

This is one of those basic fashion decisions that every girl must make. The choice of a nice necklace can really help to accentuate the overall effect of your outfit. Yet there are some downsides to wearing a necklace: for one thing, because you will be very active and perhaps dancing that evening, there is always the possibility that your necklace could become detached and fall off — and because you will be so busy, you may not even notice that it has happened. Still other girls may find that a necklace will be an irritation around their neck — especially if they get very hot and sweaty that evening. Keep in mind that there is no requirement to wear a necklace with your prom dress — it is entirely optional, so make a decision that is best for you.
