Reverse Painted Lamp Shades On Antique Lamps.

August 22nd, 2008 | by admin |

Lamp shades are very important to the lamp because how else would you direct the light in the area you want it to be or how else would you tame down the intense light that comes from the light bulb it self. The reverse painted lampshades on antique lamps are very similar to stained glass windows. They are colored glass that are painted with very vibrant colors. These lamp shades are still capable of keeping the light to a specific tone but they also allow a beautiful stream of colored light to fill the room that they are turned on in.
