Hitachi has been one of the biggest early competitors in the TV business, and has made a name for itself by producing quality products that enhance home viewing of movies, television, and video games. The 53″ Hitachi projection TV was one of the highlights of the Hitachi line, as it offered outstanding picture quality at a size that most of us would drool over. It’s hard to imagine a screen that large if you’re used to, say, a 27-inch screen, but once you have witnessed a Hitachi projection tv of that size in action, it would be hard to go back to a smaller, less quality screen.
